The inside non-porous surface is made from 304 Grade Stainless Steel which does not react with food and thus retains the flavour and nutrition. The outside steel is 430 grade which is magnetic in nature and allows the pans to be used on induction cooktops besides on gas stoves.

Care Instructions:

• To clean, hand wash the cookware in warm, soap water, and then rinse and thoroughly hand dry.

Safety Instructions:

• When on a gas cooktop, use a burner nearest in size to the diameter of the pan bottom to avoid hot spots, over-heating of sidewalls and handles

• To clean tough stains use baking soda paste. Rub on the affected surface slowly and clean with warm soapy water. To remove water marks, use white vinegar or club soda

• Avoid placing heated pan directly on wet any surface.
